We will begin and end with a short Pilates class. Topics will include prenatal/postpartum exercise do's and don'ts, common prenatal issues, modifications and how to integrate these choices into your existing workouts. Belly Pilates specializes in information concerning the muscular, skeletal and hormonal shifts, which occur in the mother's body.
Whether you are prenatal, or 4th trimester postpartum this workshop will give you the insight into understanding your new body and how to get back to your pre-pregnancy shape and fitness regime.
